Centering Window Problems

The first drawing shows the window centered on the inside walls and the door centered on the outside walls.  The second shows the window centered on the outside walls and the door center on the inside walls.

The exterior wall on the left looks different from the other one.

Yes, the left wall is thicker than the others.  It has a brick skirt with a rowlock above making it a half inch wider than the other all brick walls.  I didn't realize this would affect the centering.
