Is it possible to move a second floor overlay that has been imporperly overlayed to the basement?

If it didn't overlay properly it's likely the reference points don't line up

Is it possible to move a second floor overlay that has been imporperly overlayed to the basement?

 

The first and second floors are both on the basement foundation.  Can I move the second floor to its proper position on top of the first floor?

Turn it off and then turn it back on, it will then apply correctly ... assuming as Henry said that your reference points have been corrected.
