Did softplan do away with the presentation floor plans in the web3d export.   In the beta you could pick the floors.  Now it just says all levels with no way to toggle to the presentation mode between the floors in the model.

 

I tried all the setting combos and cant seem to get it to work

Models published in 2022 are not able to do it.   You must republish them in 2024.  Make sure you are viewing the correct copy of the published model by using the view option after publishing.  It is possible you have more than one copy of the model when you converted the project in the pre-release.

Ok Thanks.  I got it to work now.   Still no luck on getting more of the floor below to show up? 

 

See attached snips.   One snip is from the web3d and the other is the presentation mode in the actual drawing.   We do a lot of houses with 2 story great rooms and foyers and it would be nice to see the stuff below like in the presentation mode.
