So, my favorite “new featured tool” is the OVERLAY ….talk about a huge time saver….just getting use to how useful….Needs some time to catch on to all of the enhancements….probably one of the best ever SP developments, well for me and how my workflow goes…lol…sure beats a light table …

During a remodel project, a big issue is phasing the sequences and how each phase affects the personnel traffic flow, room usage etc once the demo/remodel begins…OMG…now just add Overlay View Portals with line color, line style etc. bam…a visual is created that all trades and occupants get a change to review….this is a huge game changer…. and on commercial projects, the local authority having jurisdiction can also review….i.e. local fire chief….This is huge…as Fire Chiefs are always concerned about site egress etc etc etc….development of the temporary physical plant and site usage can now be better delineated….A HUGE PROBLEM has now been given a much better way to communicate the processes…
