Total not always adding up correctly

I know this was a problem in previous versions but I thought it had been fixed in 2024. The areas add up to 4140 sq ft but the area schedule is saying 4141 sq ft.

If I had to guess the decimal places are silently held and when totaled they round you up by 1.

Supposedly 2024 rounds each area and then totals the rounded areas. But in this case it appears to be working like in previous versions where it totaled the non-rounded areas and then rounded the total.
