When in my plot/ site, my building elevation does not sit where it needs to be vertically. When I go to adjust my building outline, the elevation of the building itself does not change. Can anyone tell me how to raise my building 4 feet in my site so I can finish my ground floor regarding the topography?

On your site plan,....site options--->Bottom right corner is "building position"...make sure that box is check marked...then change the value to raise or lower your building
