I use to have the Alt. key stroke for the center line symbol. I cannot find it now. Does anybody know what the Alt. # is?

If you are using SPHAND Type 201A then hit ALT-X.

Otherwise type 2104 and then hit ALT-X

 

You can also use the character map dialog to locate your special characters and copy and past them.  Hit Char Map on the note dialog.  It also tells you the Unicode values of the characters on that dialog.
