I purchased a new Dell Desktop Windows 10 about 1 and a half years ago. Uploaded Version 14 and works wonderful. Recently purchased a Dell Laptop Windows 10 and Version 14 won't run following up loading.
I found all the patches on Softplans support site and manually downloaded all of them. Uploaded the latest Key Driver too.
When I insert the Key it stays on for about a minute and then starts flashing and eventually goes dead. I've inserted it in to the other USB Port and does the same.
When I first insert it I can start SoftPlan but in about a minute it starts flashing and a window comes up saying to update driver but choosing tag everything remains dead.
I pull out the dead Key and let it sit for a minute, reinsert it and it works again, only for about a minute.
Anyone have a suggestion?
