With the latest code changes in the jurisdiction I design in, we are now required to provide an electrical plan for submittal.  While in Drawing Mode if I block move a note or something it is also moving items that are not visible that are on the Electrical Mode.  Has this always been the case and, if so, is there a work around.  Thanks!

I find it super annoying when things visible in other modes move when I don't want them to. The only thing that works for me is to put them on a locked layer or building option. While it is nice SP tries to think ahead and move things that might relate to something we are editing/moving, it is annoying when it works against us.

You can check "visible items only" when you do a block move.
