Hello,

I am building a home in Geauga County OH and used Soft Plan 2024 to complete my design. I finished the site plan, basement plan, main floor, and second floor. Most of the roof. I am like 90% complete but I am getting burned out and still need to take it across the finish line. Looking to hire a Soft Plan Pro to review everything, complete the roof, electrical, ceiling, etc. Also, would like them to generate my full set of plans to build. I will share with you that I have completed so far, and we can discuss how to proceed from there. Thank you!

1-2 weeks if possible? I would like to get the ball rolling with permitting and obtaining quotes, and scheduling my trades etc. Would that fit into your schedule? Hopefully, it doesn't need much to finalize....I can send you the file and let me know your thoughts

Hello Brandon,

Have Mike take a look at your project.  My mother just passed away this week and I don't think I could do your project justice in the next week or two, with all the paperwork I will be taken care of for my dad.

After taking a peek at your rendering, I can see there are some stuff that need to be fixed, and I would want to tweak a few other things to see if you might like my suggestions and it would take more time than what you are allowing for.  Good luck with your project.

Good Day Brandon,

I'd love to try to help you out in this endeavor of yours.
I have some preliminary questions.
Are you also talking structural engineering ,
or just drawings for struct eng. ?
Structural details, who is responsible.
Do you have a site survey? with shots
Do you need the plans to be fully 3-d compilable, etc?
It seems like you are a SP user,
any reason you are farming out the plans?
Which version of SP are you using?
I have been using SP since version 8 (a long Time ago)
and am originally from So. Cal,
but joined the exodus to FL. 3 years ago.
Call me - phone calls accomplish so much more than a "paper trail" email.

Regards
