Building in Louisiana, the customer wanted the home raised 6' above grade due to possible flooding. The curved stairs and handrails ended up not being as difficult as I thought they were going to be. All made in SoftPlan.

Yes, this one is. Some of the ones in MS and FL i've been doing are up 10' or more on either concrete or wood piers. Those have parking below.
