Hi All,

Has anyone tried the Mitek export command?

I don't think it's working correctly. It first asked me to download an app, then it asked me to agree to the term through Mitek, then sent a key code through email.

That part seemed to work fine, but when I export the file, it asked for a folder (which I select) and only one .txt file loads in the folder. It's empty (see screenshot)

What am I doing wrong?

Thank you!

I've messed around with it a little. Seems like if I make a new folder in the project folder for the export it only does the txt file but if I put it on my desktop or documents folder it exports okay. No idea why. Might be a support question?

I did it several times, the truss company said they where just as fine with PDF or dwg.

Don't know if anyone has done it out there, But I get the truss company to send me back the truss plans in a Shappire ?? form.

You down load a little progran from Mitek. the people there are really helpful.

But the stuff coming back and opened with the downloaded program, lets you see the layout and then a 3d of the trusses, it shows every truss as it will be built.

Very neat for checking things, and the customer loves the 3D.  you can move around the 3D   do walk thrus
