Having been a homebuilder, developer and licensed Real Estate Broker for 45 years, I decided to retire from construction in September, 2024.
However, I’m too healthy and energetic and love Construction/design too much to do nothing. So, I decided to offer my design services to builders and designers.
My company used SoftPlan for 35 years of its 45 years. I personally used it for the last 10 years part-time, and now I’m using it full-time. My skill set has grown. I’ve even developed SoftList to a healthy level.
Having graduated from Georgia Tech in 1977, I have been strong on the technical side of construction. However, I did receive a “Best in American Living Award“ given by the NAHB. We were also the first company in our area to deliver open floorplans to accommodate downsizing seniors and empty-nesters.
