After updating my computer to Windows 10, I am getting the exact same error message. Can you tell me how you resolved it? I submitted a request to Softplan but I am in a real hurry to get Softplan back running and I hope you can help faster!

i had a similar issue,
softplan tech sent me a link to a 2016 + download
worked fine after I installed.
call tech in canada at:
SoftPlan Technical Support
softplan tech Telephone: 519-886-9750
note: if you own SP 2016+, they have a free number on the "start page"
but since you can't start the program, you won't have it yet.
mention this to tech went you talk to them.
