We are a custom builder in Southeastern CT, looking for an experienced softplan designer. Responsibilities include:
Produce design drawings based on sketches, concepts, etc.
Produce working and detail drawings
Produce construction plans and material lists
Building code knowledge and material take off experience a plus
Possibly complete, submit, etc. building, variance, zoning, etc. applications
