Everyone has that problem from V12 on. You'll have to upgrade to a newer version to get that feature back.

I am still using SP 11 from time to time but now after switching to Windows 7 32 bit, I cannot get the "position print" window to do anything. Ergo, can't print anything. I have installed latest patch but to no avail. Any one had this problem before?
