If you share a project with someone, does that give them access to your library or other projects?
Is this safe to do with someone you have just hired/met. I am concerned about theft of my projects.

Andrew the User Name can be any name you want to use to identify the person. Just type in a name. It only shows on your computer.

User name= Name of user. For example, yours would be Andrew Rice.

It is VERY easy and a perfect solution for remote collaboration on a project.....I do drafting on projects on both coasts as well as several midwest firms....it is a life saver and pays for SoftPlan plus many times over....could not live without it....

If you have Softplan +, you enter the name and key number of the person you want to share with in Project Options.
