Replying to Softplan Draftsperson Western MD

We are a residential home-builder in Hagerstown, MD (Western, MD). We are a semi-customer builder, who builds about 40 houses a year and have 20-30 standard plans as well as we make modifications to our plans for customer's wants/desires. We currently have an in-house draftsman, who has been with our office for about 35+ years. He is retiring in the next few weeks and would like to discuss exploring opportunities to continue using softplan and working with someone on a contractual basis in the short-term and see how that fairs.
