Use File-->Save-->Save As. Or if you are bringing the original drawing into an existing drawing use File-->Merge. Either method will retain your dimensions.

First question: why are you making multiple versions of the same drawing?

Instead of copy & Paste, go to the File menu and select Save/Copy Project To/ and enter the new name, the open the new project & proceed.

When I am creating multiple versions of the same drawing, I create a new drawing, then use the EDIT-COPY TO SOFTPLAN CLIPBOARD – PASTE FROM SOFTPLAN CLIPBOARD, in my new drawing.

My dimensions NEVER copy over.  Regardless of what my Mode Visibilities are, or what layers are turned on.

How do I get the dimensions to copy over?  I'm tired of having to redo all the dimensions.
