SoftPlan draftsperson needed who can accurately draw all residential styles. Our market has a rich diversity of residential styles, we do remodeling and new homes, and our cliental expects to see their home and it's modifications drawn so they can clearly visualize their project. We also do Historic District work. We are looking for a subcontract arrangement, most likely, and expect to have a frequent stream of projects.
