Open a windows explorer, find the file(s), right-click on the file and in the menu choose Rename. Alternatively you can select the file and press F2. Now you can rename the file. You simply put PDF after the period instead of the SPD.

All my files were changed to extension SPD and I cant open the files.

How can I change the extension
