i just recently reverted back to softplan 2016 from softplan+ 2022, since then i cannot send pdf files from softplan i get: ther is no email program associated to perform the requested action. Please install an email program or, one is already installed, create an association in the default Programs control panel?

has anyone come across this issue? please looking for help i contacted softplan and to no array they dont give help for "later models" programs and was told to check the forum so i am hoping to get an answer to my dilemma. thank you in advance for your help.
