The old user retired, and his email address was stopped so can't get it from him.

 

I actually went into my SoftPlan>help>About Softplan>update user and I was sent an email with a new log in.

Contact SoftPlan support to get you registered as the new user of the key.

The past user should have had an email sent to him when you tried to register the key. Just have him send you the email that he got from SoftPlan. It will have the new password that you need to get in.

I have tried to get registered for this site but when I enter my key number it is registered to the person who I replaced at the company. I contacted the past user and he can not remember his log in. What suggestions do you have? Thanks!
