It would be nice to have a “draw roof plane polygon” that would allow multiple points to be selected instead of using multiple roof planes to fill in an area. Really looking forward to implementing 2016 asap; I’ve been using Softplan since 1994 the good ol’ DOS days!!!
was looking at solar panel command and was thinking about the skylights. Since, most of time many of us users set the wall framing for openings to 0″ (due to various wall thicknesses since opening command only auto adjusts this way) will we be able to control frame depth on skylights? in addition, will there by skylight manufacturers and models from library as well.
In addition, now that I am on opening subject, was there any more focu on bay windows such as add roof on bay option, mix and change openings in bay (ie picture middle dbl hung flankers or dbl casement (or dbl hung) in middle and whatever else on flankers), and also add a seat and knee brackets as well????
You should probably create a suggestion or in this case multiple suggestions at https://ww2.softplan.com/?page_id=818. That way the developers can sort through exactly what it is you are looking for.
