I am trying to delete part of the roof that i do not want to be included in softplan summery report i had to add existing walls to the home so that the addition i made can come out of the existing roof gable style but now i want to remove the existing roof. Any ideas Thanks in advance.

You'll want to draw the existing roof and new roof separately if you haven't already. Then you can edit the existing roof and turn the roof off for SoftList on the SoftList tab.
