Labor Markup
Labor Markup added to apply a multiplier to the Labor value separate from the Cost value. The old Markup value is renamed Cost Markup.

jamb_size variable added. Used to differentiate openings in a 2x4 wall from openings in a 2x6 wall.

Constants vinyl and stucco added to the Opening Group.
