You have a gripset in C:\SoftPlan\3D\3D Symbols\Door Hardware\gripset.dwg
Is this what you need because the question is vague. Styles are endless.

You can get some from the 3D Warehouse. You can import them into Softplan.

If all you need is a standard gripset, just edit the door, and on the MISCELLANEOUS tab, check the relevant box for select hardware, and then choose the gripset from the standard 3D symbol menu that comes up.
