I'm still using SoftPlan Version 13 in Windows 7. Can anyone tell me if it will it work in Windows 10?

Sounds like it is time to upgrade to SP 2016 and windows 10.  I believe upgrading to Windows 10 is free for now by soon they will charge for the upgrade.

Just to be clear here, the FREE offer for the Windows 10 upgrade officially expires on July 29, 2016. If you're considering upgrading you should do it soon, or you will end up paying for the new operating system.

If you have the latest patch (13.4) you should be fine. http://softplan.com/?page_id=934  about half way down the page.
