I have a wall stacked on top of another wall but I can not get the lollipops to attache correctly when forming the roof.
Any ideas on how this can be done or how some of you do it?

Probably should have added that I will be generating a material list on this house so it gets a bit more complicated. The foyer tower is all done on the first floor (it is a ranch house) so there is no multiple floor situation Steve. I will try the adjusting the wall, snap it, uncheck cleanup and move everything back. I wasn't thinking that. I kept fighting it where the walls were at.
