Can anyone tell me what is happening with this wall.  It is the same def. as the wall at the front door.  If I click on the upper stone to edit it it lists as interior surfaces.  I erased the orginal  wall that was doing the same thing and drew in a new wall and it recreated the error.

Go into wall definitions & see if the stone is set to "fixed".

Do you use fit to roof for that wall? This could be a problem if no exterior surfaces are set to fix. Are the brown brick soldier brick part of the wall definition or a banding? If part of the wall, check FIX for that item in the wall definition. If not, the stone at the bottom would have to be checked to FIX.

The stone at the bottom is fixed.

Even with no roof the wall does this.  The soldier course is part of the definition but not set to fix.

Also, the interior walls in that room only, show up as stone.

Set the soldier course to fixed, but don't set anything above it to fixed (except plates).

If that doesn't work, then try NOT fitting the wall to the roof and letting the roof supply the brick. See if that makes a difference.

ALL materials that you don't want to vary in HEIGHT should be set to fixed. That way when a wall is made higher than the definition, only the variable items ... studs etc. ... change height. At one point a Softplan Tech told me that ALL fixed items should be defined in the bottom half of the wall, or they will follow the roof pitch when the wall is set to FIT TO ROOF.

The inside wall of the side wall paints as stone.  If I detach it and move it off to the side it corrects.  If I erase it and draw a new wall it corrupts in the same place.  Notice the stone does not go the then next intersection.  If I move the whole house it doesn't change.  If I change the wall to another exterior wall it corrupts.  If I change the wall to an interior wall it does not corrupt.

The stone at the bottom and the soldier course are set to fix.

I would send a ticket to Softplan support.

I did.  But thought I might get a quicker answer if I brought it here also.

Very simple solution came from SP.  I had the interior definitions wrong in that front room.  I haven't edited any interior yet so it must have moved during an edit or move to that front wall that didn't go right.   Pulled it back in interior mode and that fixed it all.  Thanks for the comments and Thanks SP staff.
