I can't get an existing project to open.  I can see individual drawings in preview, but I'm getting a gray screen with no drawings when I try to open it.

delete the project file .SPP and then open up one of the drawings (main floor, second floor, etc.).  It will create a new project file for you and you should be back in business.

When you closed last time you had a computer glitch that caused it to not open properly

Thank you Tom.  That was a little scary, but it worked.  Thank you for responding so quickly.

I tried deleting with no success. In the open function in SP, I clicked on the project, then right clicked the project and open. The project still shows up, but still can't open it.

Are you opening a .spd file (i.e. main level plan)?
