Can someone help me convert a site plan in PDF to a dxf 14 or 2000 so I can bring it in to SP2012?

I have to place a new building on it.

I got scan2cad but apparently don't know what I'm doing.

If that's a simple thing, can you do this one too? (the topo of the same).

Not critical but may be helpful  WERNER-topo.pdf   1.44MB   24 downloads in future.

Inkscape (FREE) will convert PDF to DXF - As long as it's a real vector PDF not a JPG in a PDF wrapper.
