Anybody else ever deal with this issue?

If you are a SoftPlan+ subscriber, some symbols come directly from the SoftPlan server and you need to be connected to the internet to access them.
If you were connected to the internet when you received this message, it is likely that your firewall has blocked this background process.
Try disabling your firewall and see if the issue still happens.

Hmmm....then I have no idea!
That was the only reason I could imagine that you would need an internet connection to access a symbol.
