I am having a few issues trying to figure out how to create and customize a title block + border with my company logo on it. 

Any help, guidance, or links to video tutorials would be greatly appreciated!

Go to C: > Softplan  > Title Blocks > .. choose an existing title block page that suits the size you need, .. SAVE AS whatever name you want, .. edit this drawing to suit your needs, ..

 

Keep the new drawing in the same Title Block folder, .. Softplan defaults to this directory when creating a new Plan Set

how do you insert an image to replace the softplan logo with your company logo

You "import" the image and draw the bounding box where you want the picture and the size you want. You cannot "insert". Help?

Draw whatever you want the final item to be - using all the right size/style fonts and lineweights/colours. I would suggest using "STAMPS" to complete the title panel.
