I'm sure the time right after a new release is frustrating for everyone...users and support while we all find little glitches or new things that we don't know how to use yet. I've probably sent in 10 support tickets since upgrading to 2020 and have had prompt responses (usually same day) to all my questions. I'm sure we'll get another patch over the coming weeks or months that will solve most small issues anyone is experiencing. Everyone needs to give those support and development guys a hand!!! Great work guys!

Same here...I have several tickets and phone calls....was beginning to think it was me, but Thanks Sam for starting this topic, Softplan Tech support and Softplan commitment to being the very best CAD software compny for light commercial and residential design is the reason anyone in the design and construction must use softplan....the company is simply the best, and this latest release continuies my belief ....hats off to Tech...as usual...great job....and please have paitence with me....
