I have an accent truss and I don't want the gable end provided by roof. But it seems that I can't have it that way. The only way to get what I need is to let roof provide gable end and edit it to "removed". Is this what everyone is doing to get an open gable?

An issue has been reported where the Accent Truss doesn't appear if a beam is used rather than a wall beneath the gable end.
A solution in the mean time is to add a wall and turn it off in SoftView on the Common tab and SoftList on the SoftList tab.
