Annotated elevation rounds 1/4:12 roof pitch to .3

This is misleading and inaccurate.

You know a framer isn't going to  frame it that way anyway right?  Where on earth are residential construction standards so high that 1/10ths 1/100's of inches matter? lol.

In Florida our minimum roof pitch (flat roof) is 1/4 : 12 for pre manufactured roof trusses.

It matters here.

Until they do and something doesn't work out. Then you're going to hear "That's what the plan showed!" Whether it made sense or not.
