In Florida our minimum roof pitch (flat roof) is 1/4 : 12 for pre manufactured roof trusses.
It matters here.

You know a framer isn't going to frame it that way anyway right? Where on earth are residential construction standards so high that
1/10ths1/100's of inches matter? lol.
Until they do and something doesn't work out. Then you're going to hear "That's what the plan showed!" Whether it made sense or not.
