In my 3D Shaded view, the rendering is dark.. I have tried adjusting the light level all the way up, and even turning the "sun" options on and off, and I cant get it to lighten/ brighten up. What am I doing wrong?

The only luck I have had with the shaded 3d lighting options, is to turn "custom" off. That looks the best to me.
