Can some explain how to draw a roof return on a front  gable that follows soffit line and pitch of eave on front gable wall ??

As shown in this photo

Not at my computer... have you tried edit gable roof edge? In the gable corner section, select hip return?

Yes, use hip return & dimension so they meet in the middle.

Or use a Dutch gable with a 1/16" depth
