Anybody know how to edit the size of property line labels.... I have added to my sheet (1"=30') and the labels are so small you can't read them. I know that I can just turn them off and relabel, but I would really like to just adjust the label, but I can't find any way to do it.

Going from memory here….
While in plan set mode, go to:
File
Drawing Options
Click custom drawing options
Character set up
Change as desired.

The plan set page acts as its own drawing so you can customize the settings on the actual plan set page

Thanks for the reply. I tried this and it doesn't seem to have an effect. Do you have to refresh the page that you remember?

I think you simply go and edit the coordinance while in the site mode, and change the size there.  Appears you can do it in any mode

This is controlled in "Drawing Options/Character Setup/Site Bearings"
