Hi All, Well the lumber companies are so far behind my customers are now requesting a material takeoff for the framing lumber.  I'm sure I'll have many more questions but my first one is this.  Currently the wall plate reads out in total lineal feet.  How would I alter the formula to get my readout to be in quantities of plates.  Usually I have seen this be random lengths of 10' through 16' long.  Thanks in advance!

I turn my total length into 16' boards by doing coverage as 16 as shown in attach picture. works perfect every time
