Plans Set Page.

How do I make the all the same size so I have a neat uniform page layout?

Make a grid that you can turn off visibility for or leave as an outline in a drawing, or add them all to the same spot and adjust to the size of the first one and then move each away from the first one once resized. Or, save as a specific size rendering and add those as jpegs to a drawing page that you then add to the plan set page. Lots of ways to do it.

I made a grid of lines in a layer that shows on the planset drawing, but doesn't print. It doesn't seem that you can snap the views to it, but once one is placed, you can snap to other views.
