Move an object and it becomes a copy

You probably added 2 toilets when you placed it. I occasionally do this. Next time this happens undo the move and delete the toilet. My bet is that there will still be a toilet remaining.

Yeah, it appears some symbols require a second click for orientation and others only need one click because they self-align to the wall… hence the two toilets.

The wall is considered a snap object. When you are placing symbols close to a snap object it only requires 1 click to add it to the drawing. If you are away from a snap object, the traditional 2 clicks are required to add a symbol.

Thanks all...that makes sense.  Until till now I never realized there were single click areas.  I instinctively double click , especially when I'm in a hurry.  This " click or double click then copy appears " also happens when I reverse an object/symbol.

 

I now know its NOT a  system issue.
