Ok been a while since been here so a little rusty at this again but here goes. I have version 2012 and am fixing to upgrade to 2016 but am having a problem with 2012 in Windows 10. I like many have update my laptop to Windows 10 from their free upgrade and it seems to work fine. Still getting use to it but doable so far. My problem is that when I go to get into Softplan it says key not installed, has anyone else had this problem and if so is it fixable. I put the key back on my desktop and it works just fine so it has to be Windows 10 not letting it open. Oh and by the way the desktop is running Windows 7.

Thanks for any help

Hi,

With the Windows upgrade I would imagine you will need to re-install the drivers for the Softplan key again. Just guessing.

Try and install the "Softplan Key Driver" from here, and see if that makes a difference.
