Hi

I'm just looking at entering the 3D Printing world - is Softplan compatible with 3D Printers?

Looking for any guidance for printers and software - just like John Snow, at the moment 'I know nothing'

I've thought about the same thing. It would be cool if you could export your model and print a little scale house for your customers.

I've seen a couple of Softplan models printed on 3D priinters, but don't know how many intermediate steps are required to get a working 3D file.

Absolutely, you can export as an STL model right from softplan while in 3d texture mode. This is a softplan+ feature.
