Any ideas as to how to draw walls like this cantilever one?

To draw the sloped section? I'd come up with a custom trim on the window that matches the wall material and is the exact width/height of the distance between the glazing, side walls, roof, underside of the floor. I think you could possibly do a profile in 3D too, but trim would be the first thing I'd try. Just figure out the profile and save it for use as the trim.

Great work Fred!
I am hoping you could give me some detailed information as to how you created the sloped planes.
I was able to cobble this together with angled walls and pyramidal frurstum solids top and bottom, but it isn't quite right.
Thanks for your input.

Here is what I did... I drew 3 of the ext walls the shape and length I wanted. The end wall is only a beam (not visible in 3d) as a roof reference. I set my roof overhang to 0 and the slope to 1/12 and used trace roof. I edited the roof edges to all gables except the one end which is the hip. I added another beam at the bottom of the wall for roof reference only and added the window wall set back in . All walls then edited to fit to roof. I added a transom window to the new wall and adjusted it to size. I then added a shed roof at a 6/12 pitch to the new lower beam. Again no overhang and a heal ht of 1". Somewhere along the way I added the floor system and a reference point. I pasted all the exterior textures and such including the 6/12 roof to get the final textures and colors. To create a more angled look in to the window I used a cube on each side, angled it and adjusted it to fit. I didn't add that till I did the rendering and it really didn't make much difference. Finally stacked it all to create the model and fine tuned some of the stuff. It only took about 30 mins or so to do. Hope that makes some sort of sense. Thanks.

Personally, I'd go with Mark's idea of a custom PROFILE trim to all sides of the window.
