Im not able to use the export pdf option. I click on file, scroll down to review, but everything is greyed out and cant click. Do I need to upgrade to be able to do this? I am able "to print" to pdf , by using print and selecting (microsoft print to pdf)

Is there something I'm missing? Would be nice to just load one file and have the complete set of home prints for customers to see vs sending multiple files in one email.

I think you have to be a Softplan + subscriber to use this feature.

If you right click on the plan set name (in the navigation bar) it will give you the option " export PDF"

You don't have to have SP+ to convert the plans to a PDF.  I  converted to SP+ in 2018 and prior to that I was able to convert to PDF.

FILE>REVIEW>PORTABLE DOCUMENT FORMAT>BATCH EXPORT> gets you to the attached screen shot.  If that doesn't work... don't know.

I do this too except I use a free pdf printing program because Microsoft Print doesn't offer all the page sizes that I use. The one I use is called Pdf reDirect but there are many such programs out there.

Henry Buckner,

If I right click on the Plan set name in the navigation bar it only gives me export to DWG/DXF..HOWEVER, I can print plan set and then do it how I normally do and select the printer-microsoft print to PDF and it works!

Mike Adams, I didn't purchase the Review part of softplan.

THANK YOU TO EVERYONE!

Just need to purchase the Review module, I had the same problem when my Plus expired after a upgrade.

Its cheaper than the plus subscription if you don’t need plus.
