I have a 16 year old desktop unit and now I need to upgrade to a new laptop. Do I need to specify any particular platform or video card in order to run V.13 on an Android device or will all new machines run V.13?

I don't think Softplan will run on an Android device at all. I think it needs a Windows OS.
