I have had this issue since upgrading to 2022.

Line, arrow etc. adjusting the length is not fluid and rather jerky!

Using a standard mouse and trying to adjust the length of a line is initially ok but when you reach where you want to end it is rather hard and sometimes requires several attempts to reach the spot you want. Minute movement of the mouse seems to stop or end as you slow down.

Thanks

You might need a new mouse.

I have had a problem somewhat like this when I use my MS Surface Pro with another monitor. On the 2nd monitor the problem is present but when I use softplan on the MS Surface screen it works well. FWIW

Under MOUSE properties - POINTER OPTIONS > MOTION : Try unchecking Enhance Pointer precision

Do you have any windows scaling set in DISPLAY settings - If so, try setting that back to 100%

Hmmmmm! I do have my windows scaling set to 150% (Have to otherwise too small desktop on 32" 4K monitor.)

I will try it at 100% but as mentioned Softplan menues etc are way too tiny. Thanks for the suggestion. :)

Thanks

Not sure if this helps, but if I have the 3d rendering open and several interior and exterior elevation views open AND have the Anti Alias set to 10 on these, then my mouse tends to act a little jerky as I move or draw lines, etc..  It keeps refreshing all these elevations as I draw.   SO, I just keep the Anti' Alias set low until I'm ready to print, and then I crank it up!!!

Anyway 'For What It's Worth' file
